Manifest

A Manifest is a type of effect that can be used on the Play Step.

Manifest effects are automatically activated when a card with such an effect is played from your hand into the Player Board.

Manifest effects are additional effects that you get from playing the card, other than the symbols they provide (think "ETB" or "When summoned" effects in other games).
