Hex

A Hex is a type of effect that can be used on the Ritual Step.

In order to activate a card's Hex effect, you must discard it from your hand.

You can only activate Hex effects on your sub-turn and not in response to any other effects.

Hex effects typically will target one or more players, or you, or affect the global state of the game.
