Fables Deck

Think of the Fables Deck as your second hand, impervious to the randomness of the draw. It is equivalent to the Extra Deck in Yu-Gi-Oh! (or an extended Command Zone in MTG).

• It contains Fabled cards (identified with different card backs and border colors) relevant to your Faction.
• You can look through your own Fables Deck at any time (but not your opponent's).
• During each Deployment Phase, you may summon up to one card from your Fables Deck (provided you can afford its cost).
• Fabled cards will always have a cost, and can only be summoned face-up (never set face-down).

Take a moment to look through your Fables Deck and pick some potential game plans. You don't need to familiarize yourself with every card right now. Just pick one or two!
