Actions (1)
During the Event Phase, your cards get to act. Each face-up card you control can perform one action per event. You can declare actions in any order and not every card needs to act.
Action Pool
The Action Pool is the set of actions a card has available. It is combined from three sources:
- Printed actions on the card itself (marked with
); - Reorient, which is always available to all creatures;
- Bonus actions granted by your event choice this turn.
Some cards have the March or Strike actions printed on them, which means they can perform those actions every event. Some have other standard or bespoke actions available.
Reorient
All creatures always have the Reorient action in their Action Pool, regardless of event choice. Reorient allows a creature to rotate in place to a different orientation without moving to a different zone.
March
All your face-up creatures get the March action added to your pool when you choose the Campaign Event.
Target a different empty, conquered creature zone you control: move this card to it, selecting any desired orientation. The destination zone must be targeted beforehand, but the final rotation can be chosen at resolution. A card can "jump over" other cards like a chess Knight; but it cannot move to an occupied zone.
March must target a zone other than the one the creature is currently in. To simply rotate in place, use Reorient instead.
Creatures with Explorer can target any (conquered or non-conquered) zones you control to move, regardless of their arrows.
