Action Pool
The set of possible actions each card can perform during a given Event is called their Action Pool, and is combined from three sources:
- the explicit Actions that are printed on the card;
- the Reorient action, which is always available to all creatures;
- the additional action granted by choice of Event (either March or Strike).
For example, a creature with "Action: March" could choose that action every Event. But a creature that does not have "Action: March" printed on it only gets to access the March action during a Campaign Event.
All creatures always have Reorient in their Action Pool, allowing them to rotate in place regardless of event choice.
Some creatures have special actions that are described on their card, such as Pray or Conscript. These are in their Action Pool and can be chosen instead of the regular March or Strike actions.
