Zone

Each place on the Battlefield where a card can be located.

Typically at most one card can be on each zone (except for crewed Vehicles that are placed "underneath" another card).

Zones are considered controlled (i.e. belonging) to either player, depending on which half of the battlefield they are.

Zones can be active or inactive. Typically you can only Summon cards on active empty zones you control matching the Card Type.
