Spiritual
The Spiritual is a Keyword equivalent to the following effect:
"You can sac [this] as part of paying for any Soulrift cost (according to its rank). If [this] is destroyed: do not release a Soul."
Rulings
- While paying for any Soulrift costs, you can choose to sac [this]; it pays for part of the cost according to its rank as if you were consuming a Soul of equivalent power.
- If you exceed the Soulrift cost, you are still susceptible to Soulburn.
- If this has Soul counters due to the Reap action, those are still released upon destruction.
