Rank

Rank represents the power level of either a card or a Soul.

Most main-deck cards are of Rank 0 and thus have no rank indication printed. If they are Creatures, they normally release a Rank 0 Soul when destroyed. A Rank 0 Soul counts as a power level of 1 for Soulrift purposes.

Some cards in the main-deck and all cards on the extra-deck have a higher rank of 1 to 3 (inclusive). This represents both how hard it is to Rift Summon them, as well as how powerful their Souls are when released.
