Mulligan

Mulligan is an optional step at the start of the game in which you can replace your starting hand with a new one by paying a small cost.

Players will then take turns (in turn order) to Mulligan until they are both satisfied. The Mulligan rule is: set aside your current hand and draw a new hand of X - 1 cards. After all rounds of Mulligan, shuffle the set-aside cards and your deck together.
