Blessed

The Blessed is a Condition with the following meaning:

A creature is "Blessed" if and only if another creature you control with at least 1 mana connects to it. The "Blessed" effect is active if and only if the creature is "Blessed".

Blessed is commonly associated with the Men faction.

Rulings

Creates are considered to be Blessed if they satisfy the condition even if they do not have a "Blessed" effect.
Two creatures you control can "bless" each other if they both have mana and the appropriate arrows.
